Website Hosting

Our clients' websites are hosted on our own servers, co-located in a Brighton datacentre owned and run by FastNet International Ltd., a local company twice voted ‘Best Small Business ISP’ by the Internet Service Providers Association.

Owners of the websites we host are required to comply with our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy, based on the similar documents published by FastNet International Ltd.

All hosting packages come with the following as standard:

50MB of website storage
1GB of bandwidth per month
FTP access on request
Website usage reports
Support for 1 domain name and 5 sub-domains (not including registration fees)

If you need to add extra services during the year, such as storage space or bandwidth, then these will be charged at the standard monthly rate, pro rata, to the end of your annual billing period.

Notes:

Backups are transferred via the Internet to a remote server. The amount of data transfer required for backup purposes is included in your monthly bandwidth usage.
Domain name prices vary by top level domain (.co.uk, .com etc.)
To receive emails at the same address as your website (name@yourwebsite.com) we may need to transfer and host your domain name.
