Many clients find it useful to have a contract with us for ongoing consultation, discussion about how best to use the website and for telephone support. We have four levels of support contract, starting at just £50 per month:
|Support-30||£50 pays for 30 minutes of support each month.|
|Support-90 ||£135 pays for 90 minutes of support each month.|
|Support-180 ||£240 pays for 3 hours of support each month.|
|Support-300 ||£350 pays for 5 hours of support each month.|
Support time can be used for:
- problem solving
- bug fixing
Additional support time is charged at our standard hourly rate of £62.50. This work may be subject to delay as it will have a lower priority and will become part of our general work schedule.
Unused support time may be carried forward. A maximum of one month’s support time may be carried forward to the next month.
The minimum contract term is twelve months, split into six-monthly installments, payable in advance.
